Recovery from Addictions

I know, I’ve been there, I am there.

I have been sober from alcoholism for over 36 years. Recovery is not just stopping the using, it is learning to live without the substance. Learning to find and develop real relationships, learning to live responsibly, learning to become a member of community, learning to give and not just take, learning to love and be love.

I wanted to help and to give and so I sought training as an addictions counselor.

I worked for two years in an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab center and then practiced for eight years as a Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC) in Jenkintown, PA.

My clients were individuals seeking recovery from their addiction, spouses or partners of addicted persons, and families seeking help in dealing with addicted children.

I will work with individuals, spouses or partners, and families as they work to find life beyond addiction. I bring my personal experience as a recovering alcoholic, my training as an addictions counselor and life coach, and my commitment as a helper and healer to you. My goal is that you find fullness of life beyond your imagination.
